CV Shineys Lil Sprat is an American Quarter Horse stallion. The American Quarter Horse is known for its versatility and a performance horse, with its roots running deep with western ranching traditions. "Sprat" is a descendent of some of the greatest horses of both foundation and modern performance: Doc Bar, Two Eyed Jack, Zan Parr Bar, and Shining Spark to name a few.
